Many platforms were designed for consumer use and later adapted for business. That often leads to compromises in security, control, and scalability.
Tuyu takes a different approach.
Tuyu is a business-only platform. We do not offer consumer accounts or personal-use tiers.
This allows us to focus entirely on what's important for business, not the whims of consumer needs.
Most platforms charge for every additional user.
Tuyu allows organizations to collaborate freely without increasing costs as teams grow.
Our platform has been in continuous use since 2007.
Many customers have relied on it for more than 10 years – an uncommon level of continuity in cloud software.
When you email or call, you reach someone experienced who stays with you until the issue is resolved.
But because the platform is stable and easy to use, support requests are rare – but when needed, they're handled properly.
Define not just who can access files – but exactly what they can do with them.
Municipal governments handle a constant flow of sensitive documents — permits, contracts, and public records — that need to move securely between staff, contractors, and citizens. Tuyu gives government teams a compliant, straightforward way to share files with clear access controls and audit-ready sharing, without the complexity of enterprise-heavy alternatives.
Healthcare teams share sensitive files daily across clinics, specialists, and administrative staff. Tuyu provides a secure, easy-to-use platform that keeps file transfers organized and protected, so staff spend less time wrestling with clunky workflows and more time focused on care.
Law firms need documents to move quickly while staying completely secure. Tuyu gives attorneys and paralegals a reliable way to share large or sensitive files with clients and co-counsel — without the friction of outdated tools or the risk of unsecured email.
Accounting firms constantly exchange financial statements, tax documents, and client records that demand both speed and confidentiality. Tuyu makes it easy to send and receive sensitive files securely, with a polished client-facing experience that keeps data organized and protected year-round.
Architectural, engineering, and construction firms routinely deal with massive files — CAD drawings, BIM models, and project specs — that need to reach owners, contractors, and consultants quickly. Tuyu handles large file transfers without the size limits or clunky workarounds that slow down project timelines, keeping everyone on the same page from design through closeout.
Professional services firms depend on smooth client collaboration to deliver great work, and nothing undermines that like a broken file link or an inbox full of attachment threads. Tuyu gives teams a clean, polished way to share deliverables and working documents that strengthens client relationships with every interaction.
Our platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), providing customers with a cloud foundation built for security, resilience, and reliability. AWS protects the underlying facilities, hardware, networking, and virtualization infrastructure, while we apply our own controls to secure the application, customer access, and the service's daily operations.
AWS infrastructure is covered by independent SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations conducted under the SSAE 18 standard. At the compute layer, AWS uses the Nitro System for Amazon EC2, designed for strong workload isolation, secure boot, hardware-rooted security, and a no-operator-access architecture that helps reduce administrative exposure.
Our service includes the protections organizations expect for sensitive business information, supports HIPAA-sensitive workflows, multi-factor authentication, and AES-256 encryption for files and file transactions, both in transit and at rest. These controls help protect confidential data while strengthening account security and reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
At the storage and application layers, security remains layered and deliberate. AWS automatically encrypts new Amazon S3 objects and provides robust access control, logging, and key management capabilities. In addition, we apply our own application-level safeguards, granular permissions, and operational controls to support secure, business-focused file sharing and data management.
